Airway Management Lab The Department of Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technology at PGP Allied Health Science conducted an intensive Hands-On Airway Management Lab as part of the Anesthesia Technology Training programme under the guidance of Mr. Senthur Velan S. The clinical simulation session provided students with practical exposure to advanced airway management techniques using high-fidelity medical manikins. Training included bag-valve-mask ventilation, airway adjunct placement, endotracheal intubation, laryngoscopy, supraglottic airway device management, and Rapid Sequence Induction (RSI) assistance. Students also gained hands-on experience in equipment preparation, airway safety protocols, aseptic techniques, and emergency airway management procedures commonly practiced in operation theatres and critical care settings.
