PROFESSIONAL WEEK 2026 – Celebrating Excellence and Talent PGP Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Namakkal, celebrated Professional Week 2026 on 13th and 14th October 2026 at the Seminar Hall with great enthusiasm and active student participation. The celebration aimed to enhance professional knowledge, encourage creativity and promote holistic student development. Day 1 – OTAT & Cardiac Technology: The chief guests were Mr. T. K. Kaviyanathan (B.Sc. OTAT), Vibha Medical Care, Namakkal, and Ms. A. Muvedha (B.Sc. CCT), Deepa Kannan Hospital, Karur. Both proud alumni shared their professional experiences and motivated students with valuable career insights. Day 2 – Cardiac Technology & Physician Assistant: The chief guests were Mr. Aswin (B.Sc. CT), Cath Lab Technician, Apollo Hospitals, Karur, and Mr. S. D. Rathes Raj (M.Sc. PA), Assistant Professor, Vinayaka Mission's School of Allied Health Sciences. They shared their expertise and encouraged students to strive for professional excellence. The celebrations featured paper and poster presentations, rangoli, drawing, mime, skit, cultural performances and ramp walk, providing students with opportunities to showcase their knowledge, creativity and talents. The two-day event celebrated professional identity, alumni achievements and student potential, reaffirming the institution's commitment to developing competent and confident allied health professionals.
